One place you won’t want to miss - Kanaal! They’ve included some local island snacks (the island is Dutch-owned), including gluten-free poffertjes, which are fluffy mini pancakes made with buckwheat dusted with powdered sugar, with customizable toppings (and they are gluten-free).
Also, expect gluten-free waffles-on-a-stick, cupcakes, cake, and crepes. Speak with the manager or Culinary Concierge so they can make gluten-free batter for crepes and waffles.
