Gluten-free Vacations was started in 2021 to help other gluten-free travelers plan stress-free vacations. When you work with us, you’ll get a custom proposal, travel tips, excursion recommendations, and more.

When you work with Gluten-free Vacations, you’ll get the following:

• Vacation Proposal: Personalized proposal of 3-5 resorts or cruises to choose from based on your request

• Booking Management: I’ll manage your resort or cruise booking, payment reminders, and I will notify the staff of your dietary needs prior to your arrival

• Details: Airfare, transportation, travel insurance, and excursion recommendations & booking

• My Travel Tips: You’ll get my tips specific to your destination and resort or cruise

• Gluten-free Guide: You’ll receive a copy of my gluten-free travel guide

• Custom Itinerary: You’ll get a custom digital vacation itinerary with the option to view your trip details online or in an app.

• Document Package: A custom vacation package mailed to you with your itinerary, booking confirmations, gluten-free translation cards (if needed), vacation packing list, and more!

To begin planning your vacation, we charge a one-time Planning Fee, which covers the time spent researching destinations and crafting your customized proposal.

You’ll receive outstanding service, gluten-aware recommendations, and peace of mind knowing everything is tailored to your needs.

Step 1: Tell Us About Your Dream Vacation
After submitting your planning fee, you’ll choose to either complete a quick trip survey or schedule a consultation call. We’ll learn about your travel dates, destination interests, preferred activities, and of course, your dietary needs.

Step 2: Receive a Custom Proposal
You’ll get a detailed proposal with 3–5 options (resorts, hotels, or cruises) that fit your vision and needs.

Step 3: Reserve Your Vacation
We’ll book your hotel, resort, or cruise and can also assist with travel insurance, transportation, excursions, and airfare. Your main accommodations must be booked through us, but other components are flexible.

Step 4: Pre-Trip Details & Support
About a month before departure, you’ll receive a custom vacation package in the mail. This includes your itinerary, booking confirmations, a packing list, dietary translation cards (if needed), and tips for a smooth trip. We'll also alert your hotel, resort, or cruise line about your dietary restrictions.

Step 5: Bon Voyage!
Time to enjoy paradise! You’ll have our contact info in case any issues come up while you're away—we’ve got your back.

We recommend a minimum of 4-6 months to plan your vacation. If you plan to travel during a major holiday, spring break, or are traveling with children, we recommend 9-12 months in advance.

Giving yourself more time will give you more options, better pricing, etc. Many of the family-friendly resorts we work with sell out months in advance.

We believe in being transparent about how our business works. While we do receive a small commission from the resorts, hotels, and cruise lines we work with, that commission is paid after you travel, not when we do the planning.

Our planning fee allows us to:

• Invest the time your trip deserves. We spend hours researching, comparing options, making recommendations, coordinating details, and communicating with suppliers before you ever travel.

• Focus on what's best for you. Because you pay us directly for our planning expertise, our recommendations are based on your needs, priorities, and budget, rather than which option may provide the highest compensation.

• Provide expertise you can't get from a search engine. Our team has extensive firsthand experience traveling throughout the Caribbean and Mexico, exploring Europe, sailing on cruises, and visiting Walt Disney World. We invest our own time and resources traveling, touring resorts, and experiencing destinations so we can make informed recommendations.

Our planning fee allows us to continue investing in our expertise while providing personalized service to clients who value our knowledge and experience.

We're not just booking your vacation. We're using our time, experience, and expertise to help you plan the right vacation for you.

Our hotel, resort, and cruise rates are the same—or better—than booking directly. But with us, you get expert guidance and personal service.

Your resort and cruise reservation must be booked through Gluten-free Vacations so that we can provide assistance and manage your trip.

We also provide options for airfare, travel insurance, transportation, and excursions, however, you can book these components on your own if you choose too.

We assist gluten-free travelers that are located in the United States and that plan to travel to the Caribbean, Mexico, Disney World, Europe, or on cruises.
