Guests will have access to all restaurants at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. While gluten-free options are noted on the menus, many additional dishes can be modified to accommodate gluten-free needs.

The resort’s kitchens include dedicated preparation areas for guests with dietary restrictions, and the chefs are highly trained in preventing cross-contact.

While most servers are fluent in English, all guests will receive gluten-free cards in Spanish to present to the staff.

In the lobby there is a desk for the Culinary Concierge, who is available to assist all guests with dietary restrictions. They can provide you with information on what substitutions are available, make requests with restaurants, etc.

One of the perks of joining our group is receiving a welcome bag filled with gluten-free snacks! Our welcome bags usually include treats like gluten-free pretzels, granola bars, candy, and more.

The resort will also be able to accommodate those with multiple allergies and dietary restrictions. Once you arrive, you can meet with the Culinary Concierge to discuss your needs.

Yes! While the resort offers plenty of dining options, there is also a large, two-story upscale grocery store within walking distance. We’ll be sure to provide all the details.

Passports are required to travel internationally. Please locate your passport and check the expiration date. We recommend making sure it is valid for 6 months AFTER your anticipated return date.

Note, passport cards are NOT accepted. You must have a passport book.

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport (CUN Airport). Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has emailed you your room confirmation.

No — Although the official currency of Mexico is the Peso, both US dollars and Pesos are widely accepted.

Pesos are preferred, but if you pay with US dollars, please ensure the bills are clean and free of any markings or tears.

All-inclusive always includes the hotel room, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, taxes and fees.

Travel insurance is an additional fee and can be added on to your reservation.

Transportation is also an additional fee and your travel advisor will provide details.

Deposit: $500 per room is due when booked and goes towards your total room cost. Must be booked by February 1, 2026. Reserve early to get your preferred room type!

Second Payment: $1,000 per room due February 10, 2026

Final Payments: Balance due April 1, 2026

Cancellations made before or on February 10, 2026:
Room reservation deposit and payments are fully refundable. Travel insurance is non-refundable.

Cancellations made on or after February 11, 2026:

• Without Travel Insurance: room deposit and payments are non-refundable.

• With Travel Insurance: a refund of 100% of the trip cost if cancelled for a covered reason. If your insurance includes CFAR, you can also submit for a refund of 75% of the trip cost if cancelling for a non-covered reason. 

No! One of the benefits of booking through Gluten-free Vacations is that you can make multiple payments toward your trip over time. You may make additional payments in any amount at any time, as long you have paid all amounts due by their due date.

Please see your invoice for all payment due dates.

For any changes, please contact your group travel coordinator.

ANY changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change. Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $50 per person change fee. Date changes can only be made within the group room block dates. Any date changes outside of the group room block dates are considered a cancellation.

Adding a guest - You can book your room today and add a person in the future. Please keep in mind when making changes to your reservation, the pricing and availability at the resort are subject to change at any time, therefore can impact ability to process requests. If travel insurance is on your reservation, the additional guest(s) will need to pay for additional travel insurance.

The cost of travel insurance depends on the total price of your trip and we can provide a quote.

We highly recommend travel insurance for all travelers and it can be added on to your room reservation (and airfare if needed) within 5 days of your deposit. If you would like travel insurance, please select “yes” for travel protection in the reservation form below and we will provide a quote.

Insurance provides in-travel protection as well as cancellation protection. With travel insurance, cancellations will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). The cost of travel insurance is nonrefundable.
