Jessie & Steve’s Vacation to Cancun

Jessie and Steve had an amazing getaway to Cancun! They loved lounging in a beachfront cabana, soaking up the sunshine on the soft white sand, and swimming in the crystal-clear water. Their days were a perfect mix of poolside relaxation, a rejuvenating spa visit, and the thrill of parasailing, one of their favorite highlights. Jessie was especially excited that the all-inclusive resort offered plenty of safe and delicious gluten-free options, making dining stress-free.

When they first reached out to me, Jessie and Steve weren’t sure which resort would meet their needs, especially with gluten-free dining being a priority. We worked together to find the perfect all-inclusive resort in Cancun that checked all their boxes. I was thrilled to help plan their second trip, and even happier to hear how much they enjoyed every moment. They were able to fully relax and experience the best of Cancun, just as they had hoped.

Why did you choose Cancun for your vacation?

We were looking for relaxation, great pools and beaches, and the ability to explore or choose additional activities and lots of gluten-free options.

What were your favorite activities in Cancun?

What was your most memorable moment on vacation?

We went parasailing one afternoon and got to see the gorgeous turquoise water all over and even see a bunch of sea turtles swimming.

Churros (the pastry chef made them one morning for me)

What was your experience using Gluten-free Vacations?

This is our second vacation planned through Gluten-Free Vacations, and we will continue to use them. Every step of the process is so easy, and Ellen has the best suggestions and tips to make for seamless travel!

She met with us over the phone when we couldn’t decide what resort to go to (because they all sounded amazing). She set up all our transportation and called the hotel ahead of time to make them aware of my allergy, and made it easy to meet with the Food and Beverage Concierge. Our flights and airport were cancelled and shut down the night before we were supposed to leave and Ellen helped us figure out an alternative flight to get us to the resort, and around the same time we would have otherwise! We can’t say enough good things about working with Gluten-Free Vacations!
