TRAVEL INFO
PAYMENTS
Deposit: $20 per person is due when booked and goes towards your total room cost. Reserve early to get your preferred room type!
Final Payments: Due October 21, 2025
Cancellation Policy: Cancel your reservation before November 17, 2025 and you'll get a full refund.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend travel insurance for all travelers. A quote for travel insurance will automatically be sent to you.
Insurance provides in-travel, medical, and cancellation protection.
PASSPORTS
Passports are required to travel internationally. Please locate your passport and check the expiration date - make sure it is valid for 6 months AFTER your anticipated return date.
Note, passport cards are NOT accepted. You must have a passport book.
AIRFARE
We can also coordinate your airfare and add it on to your booking, however, please also feel free to book your airfare directly with your preferred airline.
All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport (CUN Airport). Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has emailed you your room confirmation.
TRANSPORTATION
We will also provide a quote for transportation between the airport and the resort. Quotes will be provided closer to your travel date.
